Alerts are sent only to users, parents, guardians, or authorized recipients who are registered in the Web Access System and have completed the Telegram binding process.
Can the school configure different Late and Absence times?
Yes. Administrators can create separate alert steps, choose the Late or Absence message type, set the sending time, and select the school days when the alert should run.
What can staff see on the monitoring screen?
Staff can see the latest access record, including the registered user, access status, access point, and recorded time. Linked pickup contact details can also be displayed with the user record.
Can the monitoring screen show only Entry or Exit activity?
